Washed in the Blood

Last week all our sweet girls were baptized. JD participated with our Pastor Jim Savage which made it even the more special. God has blessed us in caring for these children and this day was all about giving them back over to Him and promising before our family and friends that we will raise these girls up in the ways of the Lord. We had ROWS of family there (thank you!) and it was SO good to have everyone together. The girls were themselves. Big girl shy before the crowd, little girl just taking it all in, and the baby...well, we'll say she was crying out her praises to the Lord:)
Thanks to my cousin Erin for the photos during the service and my mom for the one's at our house afterward (the only problem is she isn't in any of them!):

Little Girl, EK, and (great)Aunt Kelly

Lilah and Aunt Jaime

Jonathan and his (wonderful) summer intern. I'm not sure what they are doing but it seems pretty typical. We're gonna miss him here in a few days when he heads back to Auburn!

Grandaddy (my dad) hanging out at the kid's table.

And playing later on.

The great grandmothers with their great grandchildren (Lizzie, Mamaw, Lilah, Sam, Marley, Nana, Ella).

Samantha and Marley had SUCH a good time playing together! We look forward to Lilah being able to sit up and play and laugh like this!

Having kids gives us lots of excuses to get together with our family. We like it:)
