No new news around here. We got an email late Friday from our social worker with some additional questions she had while writing our home study. Sent those back Monday. We're still hoping the study gets out to Montgomery by the end of the week.
I walked around like a zombie Monday after hearing the awful news story out of Mobile. I was putting an IV in a patient who was watching the news, and unfortunately was incapable of blocking out what the newscaster was saying. Ugh. Monday I wanted to have complete and total control over our adoption. Monday it was all too real to me that they aren't here yet. That I can't keep them safe right now. That I can't kiss their faces and tell them that I love them.
