Enough of the court yuck! Let's think about the good stuff:)
* The girls starting gymnastics today! They have been allowed to pick their own activities. In the past it was soccer and ballet. I have to tell you though, when they said gymnastics I was pumped. Even though (if I'm honest with myself) it was only because cousin EK takes gymnastics, I can't help but dream of future Olympians:) I've always loved gymnastics and have had closet dreams of being able to flip like it was nobody's business. I can live vicariously though my kids as long as I don't put pressure on them, right?
* Laundry. Seriously. It's always been my least annoying chore. On this, my Friday night (I know it's really Tuesday but we nurses have weird schedules. I have the next three days off so that equals Friday for me), I am completely content to fold clothes. And as I come across the tiny little pajamas and socks mixed in with the rest of our stuff I am truly so thankful for the two little ones sleeping up in their room safe and sound. Life is good.
* Inspiring families!
Jon & Kate plus 8, duh.
And this one we watched tonight:
Our 27 kids on TLC
We were both in awe.
Wowed.
* Going to GG's this weekend!
* Abernathy Photographics doing our photos soon! It ROCKS that we are getting our family photos done by SUCH an amazing photographer!!! If you've been the select few who have had the honor of hearing my girls plus Ella Kate SQUEAL in excitement, then you know the very sound that I make in my head when I think about this:)
* Getting involved with the youth again at RUMC. The girl's and I would go home last year after Wednesday night dinner but this year they have started going to choir and bible study while I hang out with "daddy and the big kids". It AMAZED me to realize that I had been away from the youth for over six months. WOW!!! Our youth, or rather Jonathan's youth, have grown by leaps and bounds. I'm so proud of him and all he has done. I'm also excited to get to know all the kids I haven't met yet. I'm ALSO excited about how much our girls LOVE Wednesday night church. Little girl CRIED last week when she found out we weren't going (because the transmission died in my car...$$$ouch$$$$).
* Mums sitting outside of Wal-Mart. Welcome to the most wonderful season of all people! Fall is coming!
* Good-bye summer! It's been fun:)

I too watch "Our 27 Kids" and was in awe. When the mom said at the end they weren't special just different I had to disagree out loud. They are truly very special people to do what they do and their bio children are just as special.
