We need to move!
We are ready to grow but our house just refuses to expand with us! We listed with a realtor a few months ago and have really been pretty ambivalent about moving until here recently. The ambivalence comes from the fact that we really do love where we live. We love our neighbors and we love our home. After all, it is our first home. But, more and more, we know that this house will not hold us for much longer. With the girls being school age throws a curve. It now matters when we move because of the school year. We know that we will move outside of our current school district and we don't want to uproot them mid-year. So now as we are approaching the new school year...???
It's a catch-22 really.
I've decided I should pray:)
So that's the main subject around our house these days.
In other news....
I am WAY more aware of the music on the radio these days. The other day my big girl let me know that, "He just said 'taking your clothes off'" (or something like). Yes he did. Change.
She isn't quite into being cool yet but after hanging out with the school-agers at day care this summer she does come home singing lyrics to current songs that I KNOW she hasn't heard enough in the car to know by heart. Things I wouldn't think twice about before have a whole new meaning when they are coming out of my six year old's mouth. Not inappropriate but yet surely beyond her years. Her favorite: Bleeding Love (Leona Lewis).
Jonathan goes to Chicago next week with the youth. Jaime and my mom are gonna help. WE MISS OUR DADDY WHEN HE IS GONE!
That's about all, I suppose.
Happy hump day!
